Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on any custom made mattress or mattress toppers.

Delivery

We are able to deliver to Europe so please contact us about our rates.

Cancellations

Providing that your Mattress is a standard size and specification we will accept cancellations and offer a full refund as long as the item has not been dispatched.

If you order the incorrect item we will happily change it to what you want. Any additional charges including delivery and collection costs in applicable or refunds will be made via our on-line credit card terminal.

Payment

Credit/Debit Cards and paypal are our preferred method of payment which can both be done 100% securely through our website. All Credit/Debit card transactions are processed through Sagepay’s on-line payment system. Their full terms and conditions can be found here. We are happy to take orders over the phone and as above are happy to accept either payment method mentioned above.

We are also happy to accept cheques as payment but please be aware that we are only able to dispatch the goods once the cheque has cleared. Cheques to be made payable to Southern Foam.

Guarantee

Our Mattress and toppers come with various guarantees depending on the product that you choose. All of our guarantees apply to the Memory Foam & Reflex Foam Toppers and Mattresses only and not the covers. The guarantee covers physical defects or changes that cause a visible indentation in the Memory Foam or Reflex Foam (more than 2cm) and affect its pressure relieving qualities.

If a guarantee claim is to be made then you must pay the delivery charges for the mattress to be returned to us then if found to be faulty a replacement mattress will be supplied. We will happily provide a temporary replacement mattress for the time that it takes for the mattress to be tested and if the mattress if found to be not faulty it will be exchanged with replacement and the re-delivery costs will be at your expense.

If a claim is to be made you must present a proof of purchase.

All guarantees will be void if:

  • The product has been used otherwise than for personal use.

  • The product has been misused which includes but is not limited to – abnormal loads , staining or it is in an unsanitary condition, extremely high temperatures or cold temperatures.

  • The product has not been stored correctly.

  • Repairs or modifications have been applied to the mattress

  • The product has suffered malicious damage.

  • The product has had liquids spilt on it.

  • The guarantee does not cover normal changes in hardness or properties that do not affect the pressure-relieving properties of the mattress.
