Delivery
Our FREE DELIVERY service only includes deliveries made Monday-Friday to the address specified by the buyer at the point of purchase and is only for UK addresses. You can select a day of your choice at checkout however, this is not a guaranteed delivery but we will try our best to work towards the chosen delivery date. There are additional charges to certain postcodes in the UK (Highlands, Channel Islands etc). If you are situated in one of these postcodes you will be contacted regarding the additional charges and you reserve the right to cancel your order if you are not prepared to pay these additional costs.
We do offer additional services which are charged as follows:
- A.M Delivery – £10.00
- Before 10 delivery – £20.00
- Saturday delivery – £25.00
Please make sure goods are checked immediately on arrival for damage and we must be notified within 24 hours if this is the case. If there is any damage by the courier company we will send out any replacement articles for free.
We are also able to deliver to Europe so please contact us about our rates.
Returns
If you decide that you do not want to keep your purchase, then we are able to accept returns provided that you notify us within 7 days of you receiving the product and it is returned to us in its original condition. You have two options regarding returning an item:
- Return the item to us at your own expense for a full refund. The product needs to be returned to us suitably packaged to ensure that it is not damaged in transit.
- We can arrange to collect the product from you on the weekday of your choice. The cost of this service is £20.00 for a mattress topper and £50.00 for a mattress which will be deducted from your refund. Again the product needs to be suitably packaged so that it is not damaged in transit.
N.B – Should you need Polythene packaging then we are happy to send this to you.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on any custom-made mattresses or mattress toppers.
If you feel that your purchase is not of the quality that you expected, then we will consider issuing a full refund depending on the circumstances.
